I love broth. I learned how to make my own several years ago and find it infinitely more preferable to dehydrated broth cubes, boxed broth and pretty much all the other options out there. I know exactly what’s gone into it, this way, and it’s all good stuff.
Here are a few of my favorite ways to use broth:
1) In place of water when cooking grains like rice, quinoa
2)As a base for soups, of course!
3)In a stir fry
4)As a hydrating, soothing, nourishing liquid during a cleanse. Adding a little miso deepens the flavor.
