This is a perfect simple fall breakfast. This is about as simple as it gets. Use apples or pears. It could also work as a light dessert.
Wash and chop one or two apples (or pears).
Throw in a saucepan with a quarter cup or so of filtered water.
Add a dash or two of cinnamon if you like.
Heat up till it’s bubbling, then turn down and simmer, covered, 10 -15 min.
Remove from heat, stir in a tsp. or so of ghee.
